Bending – Edge bending
Most thermoplastics are easy and good to bend when hot. We bend the bottom and top strands on both sides to a thickness of 10-15mm.
Bending in a furnace
Used when you want to create larger arcs on the material.
In this case, the plastic is placed in a furnace and heated to the melting point, then placed in a pre-made template and left to cool to obtain the desired shape.
